Return Instructions
1. Return Period
- 14 days from receiving the shipment.
- Christmas gifts: by January 7th.
- The return policy also applies to sale items. Exchange rights apply to regular-priced products/orders of at least €59 (Mainland Finland/Baltics).
2. Before Returning
- Handle the product carefully.
- Do not remove product tags! A removed tag indicates the product has been used.
- Keep the original packaging.
- The product must be unused and clean to receive a full refund.
- If you want to exchange or the product is incorrect/defective, contact our customer service before returning.
3. Return Form and Address Label
- Include the return form or a note (with your name) from your order inside the package.
- Cover the original address label! Use a new label or marker to hide the old one.
4. Packaging
- Pack products in a shipping-safe package (original white/black shipping bag or similar).
- The package must not exceed the original shipment size.
- All items being returned must be packed together in one shipment.
- Do not tape or staple inner packaging.
5. Return Costs
- Finland and Baltic countries €4.99 (free exchange for orders/products over €59 at regular price)
- For international returns (including Åland), the customer covers Express return costs.
- If the order value after return falls below €59, original shipping costs will also be charged.
6. Shipping
- Use the same shipping provider as in the original order or Posti. Posti returns are currently the fastest.
- Take the package to a service point or locker
- Posti: Return to a Posti service point or locker. Use the provided return label or create a Helposti code on Posti's website posti.fi/palauta-paketti" target="_blank">Return Package. - Matkahuolto: Return to a Matkahuolto service point/locker. Create an activation code on Matkahuolto's website matkahuolto.fi/palauta-paketti" target="_blank">Return Package. - If you returned the package directly at the service counter, wait for a receipt and keep it until the return is processed. Without a receipt, we cannot refund a lost shipment.
7. Refund
- Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order. Invoice totals will be updated. Processing time is usually 1–5 business days after receiving the return.
- The returned product must be in resalable condition.
- The product is not returnable if it has hair, pet fur, odor, or dirt.
- If the product has been used or is dirty, 25–100% depreciation may be deducted from the refund.
- Any customs fees are not refunded.
- Partial packages are not refunded.
8. Important
- Including a photo of a defect speeds up complaint processing.
- The right to complain does not cover damages caused by wrong washing, wear, external factors, or color differences between product batches.
- An uncollected package will incur a charge of approximately €20, covering shipping and return costs. If the same customer fails to collect multiple times, the account may be closed.
- Follow the shipping instructions carefully to receive the full refund.
9. Other
- No separate cancellation notice is required. A return according to the terms counts as a cancellation.
- If your order has not yet been processed/shipped, you can cancel by notifying us via email.
